actually I think it sounds more like a Brazilian accent but from Rio de Janeiro. But hey, this is just my opinion. I'm guessing that by the way she says her "s" sounds, like on the word "inglesh"

its like british english to american english, some words are different, but most are the same, but the accent is what makes it weird, and brazilian portuguese has too much slang
