一人のウルトラマラソンランナーが、

そして、その間、
この同じ星の住人である人たちと様々な出会いをし、
想像を超えた大自然や
人類の長い歴史が産んだ数々の遺産に触れながら、
わたしたち人類がこれからも地球で
暮らし続けるための叡智を感じたい。
この男の前代未聞の挑戦は、
地球を巡礼する旅でもある。
